Two Words - Outstanding Service. Even if you are a well-seasoned traveller, you should find the service staff and efficiency of the hotel a very refreshing change from the business-like professionalism of many other 4-5 star hotels in the region. The hotel takes care of practically any need you can think of: From the full-day transportation (covered in room charges) to the booking of flights out of the city!
Nothing much really. If the hotel can do something about the metallic taste of the tap water, it would be nice. However, I suspect it is a prevelant problem in Siem Reap.

Our stay at Marirath Boutique was absolutely fantastic. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and impeccable service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that our visit was enjoyable and stress-free. They even arranged a tuktuk to pick us up and allowed us to shower early after our overnight bus journey. The room was spacious and clean, with a lovely view of the pool and tropical garden. The pool itself was a great place to relax after exploring the surrounding area. The hotel's location was also ideal, providing easy access to Angkor Wat and other attractions. We cannot recommend Marirath Boutique enough and will definitely be returning on our next visit to Siem Reap. this hotel exceeded all expectations and made our stay truly memorable.

This resort is the perfect place to stay when visiting the main attractions. It is easy to get to and very close to the temples. the room we stayed in was very spacious and had a wonderful view of the garden from our private terrace. the staff is very helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. the breakfast was delicious and prepared fresh every morning.
The traffic during the high season made it difficult to get to dinner in town and back to the resort.

This is a wonderful hotel. Everything is put together for you. You have a tuk tuk driver to take you everywhere. They find good guides for you. You are close the temples. The room is comfortable and nice. The restaurant was good and the service in the whole hotel was amazing. All across Europe and Asia this hotel had the best service I have had outside of the us.

This place is outstanding. They really make your vacation feel like a vacation. the airport pick-up included makes getting to the hotel safe and convenient. the staff secures a tuk tuk driver for you, who was patient and took us exactly where we needed to go. the hotel grounds are lush and tropical, with two beautiful pools and a well-priced outdoor restaurant. the room was perfect, with mosquito nets on the beds and a fruit basket that was refreshed daily. the poolside cocktails were the perfect way to relax after exploring the temples. the family room layout with two washrooms was convenient for our group of four. the staff was polite and arranged tuk-tuks for us whenever we needed. Breakfast options were good and they even helped us get tickets for a Circus show.
Felt welcome, no complaints.

Loved the staff and the service, the pool, food and the tuk-tuk drivers available at any time. Could not fault this hotel in any way. It is not in the centre of town but having tuk-tuk drivers available made getting to and from anywhere extremely easy.

Our weekend stay was amazing! The comfortable rooms were strategically situated in a tranquil location, away from the busy city center, but still accessible enough for a tuk-tuk ride to nearby famous attractions. The friendly staff was always willing to lend a hand and tended to our needs with enthusiasm. One of the best aspects of our stay was the lovely pool which was perfect for lounging around and taking refreshing dips.
While the breakfast was delicious and satisfying, it would have been better if there was more seating on the property's dining area. Lounging areas for pre-dinner drinks would be appreciated as well, instead of just tables in the dining room or sitting on loungers by the dark poolside.

The staff are the friendliest I have ever encountered. They like to laugh with the customers and are always helpful and respectful. It's only a 20 metre walk to the pool which you often have to yourself and the gardens are beautiful. Your personal tuk tuk driver is included in the room price and he will take you around town and out to the temples at minimal notice. A very relaxing place to stay.
It's a little out of the city so not much to walk to nearby (but it was too hot to walk far anyway). It's only a few minutes by tuk tuk to shops, restaurants etc.
